SHIPPING POLICY

The typical delivery time for most orders is 5-7 business days, excluding public holidays.

The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

While we strive to provide timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or around public holidays. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

We ship across India. We also provide Cash on Delivery payment option

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner

RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Please note - We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item will only be returned in case the product is broken or damaged.

  • In such cases a complaint is to be launched with 24 hours of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address, any shipping labels, or other relevant information.

You are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) and covering any shipping costs associated with the return, unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

    - Order number

    - Delivery address

    - Unboxing Video

    - Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 4-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
